Saratoga Community Health Center Collaborates With Many Community Partners
Saratoga Community Health Center collaborates with many community partners to help support our patients with resources that will help them achieve overall wellness. Patients cannot begin to work on improving their health if their most basic needs are not addressed. As a result, we have established strong relationships with community partners who are ready to assist community members with a multitude of services. These services include: housing, food and social and supportive services.
Our partners are:
- Saratoga City Schools
